Structural/Flexible Pavement Construction: Studies have shown that the use of double-layer HDPE Geocell systems combined with recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) materials performs well in the flexible pavement base without significant deformation or cracking.
Environmental Protection and Sustainability: The use of HDPE Geocell allows for the use of local filling materials such as sand, reducing the import cost of traditional pavement base materials while also reducing CO2 emissions.
